well Kanto is the best region of Japan (as to why it was remade every gen) but Id like a new region after the 5th one because i really dont like any region 2 much...if it had to be one it be Hoenn...oh a DSi game would be great in reverse order...Gen V then Sinnoh then Hoenn, Johto, then Kanto ending at Lv 100 lol

Once again, if Kanto is level 100, then what's Gen V's elite four going to be? Level 20?

If you're going to have all worlds, might as well have no trainers, just grind on 40 Gym Leaders and 20 Elite members.

I may be the only one here to even half consider this, but why not use Orre as the extra region in 5th Gen? I mean consider how much land there is in that region compared to the population. It's MASSIVE, which means that they could cut out a lot of the motorcycle travel and use foot/bicycle travel and just set them as routes like in any other game, with trainers, grass, wild Pokémon, and whatever else. And more than that, they could throw in cameos from Pokémon Colosseum, like the Cypher guys that have the Quilava, Bayleef, and Croconaw towards the beginning of the game. Plus, I'd really like to see what they can do in the ways of devamping their maps.

However, if this isn't possible, I think it'd be really cool to see a remake of Hoenn, but with a lot more variation. Of course they would have to keep Hoenn's style of having a number of water routes, but they'll have to make some changes somewhere. I would say that they do something really creative with the former Aqua/Magma base in Lilycove, and maybe cut out some travel time between routes, like the region has gone through massive reconstruction, sort of like in Kanto, but not really. Maybe they could remove some trees, clear some of the rocks. And maybe they could have people to literally worship Rayquaza, or something, like Rayquaza has brainwashed them, and that your purpose to go to Hoenn is to bring Rayquaza down by defeating or capturing him.

That in turn would set off Kyogre and Groudon, which would cause the change in the weather elements again, however it would be extremely intense and almost impossible to stop. Then you have an epic double battle with Kyogre and Groudon. This would help to set the "You can only catch one of these legendary Pokémon per game" rule, since you can only catch a Pokémon after you defeat its partner in a double battle, which is a concept that I think would be interesting to see with this particular duo.

But that's just me.

I hope this game doesn't turn out to be crap like P/D/PT did

Wow, those are some really cool ideas. But for some reason, I don't see the rayquaza and double battle thing happening... :(
