I'm no expert when it comes to IVs etc, but it is what it is.

In return, I would like if you have, a skrelp with adaptability.

I have a ton of extra dratini extreme speed. some with and without marvel scale. Im looking for a SNIPER sparrow/fearow. iF not sparrow then any of the original 151 pokes from spearow-mew with a hidden ability would be fine with me. or any pokemon that has moves tutored from black and white.
