[Questions] Fake card or misprint ?

Hi,

Not in the best condition but does anyone know if this is a fake card or a very rare misprint? It should not even be a holo.

I have checked it against a non holo Cleffa and I can't see any differences, but I am not an expert.

Any help would be appreciated

Ok now I can see it, the font edging is off, can especially tell on the "Pokemon" on the back side of the card.

Still find it odd that someone even faked this, not only is the card not meant to be a holo, but it's also poorly done.

They're usually done deliberately poorly because they don't want people who can tell what a counterfeit is more readily to be the ones buying the cards. They only need them close enough to fool kids and the adults who buy cards for those kids.
