Fakemon are totally new but what are pokemon that are just modified?

What are pokemon called that have changed stats or movesets called- to be unlike any official generation or official spin off game. Do they have a name?

What do you mean exactly?

I don't think we have a word exactly for normal Pokemon that were modified in a hack for whatever reason. I suppose you could just say "modified Pokemon".

You mean like if you make Meganium Grass/Fairy, give it Dazzling Gleam by level up, buff its Sp. Attack, and give it a new Ability? As long as its design doesn't change and you don't present it as a regional form or anything, it's still regular Meganium, but modified for that specific hack.
