Fixed the outline, the horn, the eye, and added some color (should be lightned up this could be more of the second shade.) Also, the direction the pokemon is facing is wrong but who cares haha.

It is a fin haha. Fixed the outline on that a little, fixed your shading a tad, added some to the horn and the body,

i took a look at it in paint, and it looks done to me, so heres somthing:Added some shading on the body and some outlines and rounded off some edges.
