I'm not too used to Photoshop, so I usually stick with Paint.

That's a very good pic for MSPaint! ^_^ These Pok?mon have some interesting designs! I particularly like Farlox! The way you've simulated a lens flare is very good - that's really hard to do in such a simple program! Keep it up!
