I've always been writing o.o; But for the last two/three years, Stephen King's books have inspired me to write in the horror genre...a switch from fantasy.

When I said 4 fics, I meant pokemon :P I have two otherwriting pieces.

The four fics are pretty sad though. Two first chapters [I don't continue if there's no comments], one prologue, and one that made like 5 chapters before frostweaver tore it apart and I realized how horrible it was XD

I've seen chapter fics that were really a buncha one-shots involving the same characters. 'Course, they were the ones with 'episodes', so yeah. 8P

well, PMC and a one-shot I posted on the green forum (and still never got around to revising and posting elsewhere) have been my only works thus far. I have a couple more planned in the future, but overall, I can't pick just one, they all seem/will seem good in their own ways. I don't really know if my Pokesho translations count, considering they're not originally my work, but I am rather proud for what I've done on them.

What books inspire me? Well, I got inspiration for one-shots from the most random of sources. I can actually remember most of them, too.

My most recent one-shot, "Extremespeed", which I never put up anywhere but my LJ, was inspired by E=mc2: A Biography of the World's Most Famous Equation.

...what? I was on vacation and one morning my mom came into my room and was like, "You want to read a book about E=mc2?"

And I was like, "D00d yeah, leave it on my nightstand." And I was reading it and... yeah...

I got "Was, Is, Will Be," from evolving my natu and recalling old xatu 'dex data.

And "Memory"... is officially screwed up. For some reason, I got the idea right after watching the last forty-five minutes of the TV movie of The Five People You Meet In Heaven (I missed most of it because I was on the internet).

My chapterfics have much more diverse sources, but usually whenever I'm bummed and need a little plot stimulation I pick up a Dianna Wynne Jones book. She pwns at plots.

And... I think I win the prize for stories published here. Officially no works posted, and no comments. W00t that!

Interesting tidbit: You know how the official FF base naming thing for the Professors is 'Professor Tree'?

I looked it up, and found that it's actually 'Professor Broadleaf Tree'. Elm, Birch, and Oak are all broadleaf trees. Professor Pine is not legitimate according to the current trend. XD 8D And Prof. Pine is so FAMOUS, too... XD
