    Here's my list for the top 10 fastest Pokemon:
    10. Pidgeot
    9. Latios
    8. Garchomp
    7. Skarmory
    6. Rapidash
    5. Empoleon
    4. Dragonite
    3. Chansey
    2. Linoone/Dugtrio
    1. Dodrio

    This is dependent on the Pokedex Entries not the freaking stats, so stop saying there are Pokemon with more speed, I know there are Pokemon with greater speed, everybody knows that, I'm just posting which ones I think are fast if you only considered the entries as being true. So please stop posting over and over again that Electrode is fast because I know it has great speed, although according to the Pokedex, it explodes when it goes too fast so how it can do any attack that requires speed without blowing up every time is beyond me. In conclusion, stop posting it because the only point it serves it to get your point count up. Thank you.

    ... According to the Pokedex entries, isn't Rapidash (excluding Speed Deoxys' existence and stats, since that is a form change and not an indivdual Pokemon) the fastest Pokemon in existence?

    At any rate, I'd still put it as number one, personally.
     
    It's technically Deoxys, Ninjask, Deoxys, Deoxys, Electrode for the top 5, but the fastest Pokemon I believe from dex entries is Garchomp actually. It says it can fly at sonic speeds in the Diamond entry.
     
    It depends on how you raised your Pokemon. Um, other than that, I think Rapadash and Electrode to be the fastest. The latter always seem to hit me first...!

    No, I meant fast as in fastest in ether running, flying or swiming.

    Rapidash can run at speeds of 150 mph, Skarmory can go at speeds of 180-190 mph, Latios and Garchomp are as fast as jet planes and Pidgeot can go at speeds of Mach 2.
     
    A Electrode is fast... except when its flat! It has no real means of propulsion whatsoever, other than maybe breathing out to roll backwards.

    Ninjask makes sense, small, agile, and its ability makes its speed faster every turn. Even excluding in-game play, the ability I believe would still be viable.
     
    I would say Ninjask is the fastest pokemon.
     
    Sound, not light...

    Yeah... Teleport kinda screws them speedies over.
    And Jumper is a great movie. Though if Lucario can sense the aura of movement and interrupt the path with an obstacle such as Lucario foot to groin or groin-analogue, then maybe there is some speed to anticipation. Croagunk?
