    Intro :
    Well to be honest this team was actually was sort of a mistake, Aquilae brought up Curselax and so we tried to build a team around it. At first we though Curselax sucked, myself included, however the success of this team has greatly changed my opinion of it. Curselax is a very underated threat and is still capable of sweeping alot of unprepared teams. We tried and tested many things but this version was the best.

    Comments:
    Taunt Skarm either destroys leads or he gets destroyed by them. Its the slow leads i am concerned with stopping and he doesnt have priority with the faster ones anyway. Taunt Skarm is really good, getting Spikes up is actually pretty easy with this guy. He pretty much goes rofl at junk like Hippowdon, Swampert and other set up fodder leads. Brave Bird gets stab and smacks around guys like Gyarados well who this team has a lil trouble with. Spikes help this team immensly as it wears down most of Curselax's counters, things like Tyranitar mainly are all severly hindered by the iron birds Spikes. Anyways Taunt is chosen over Whirlwind because this team doesnt have a spinner so limiting the chances they can set up entry hazards on me helps alot. The speed evs dont accomplish muc tbh they just ensure i beat all the stuff that tries to beat min/just above skarm. Shed Shell is because Magnezone is a punk. I called him Vance because he enjoys Taunting noobs and its amuzing to watch them struggle, kinda like Ninjask lol.

    Comments:
    My personal Celebi set and our next layer of residual damage, Stealth Rock. Celebi is one of the sturdiest users of the move and has many chances to set it up Skarmory is crowded enough as it is. Grass Knot gets STAB whilst Recover is needed for healing and what a fantastic move it is. With Skarmory, this is my Gyarados defense and they do very well against it. Leech Seed is mainly to deter Pursuit users and it works decently at doing that, not like it matters because Celebi takes 60% MAX from CB Scizors Pursuit so isnt that much of an issue imo since i can easily Recover later and CB Tar cant switch in and gets 2hko'd by Grass Knot and "lol weavile" who gets outstalled with Seed + Recover stalling no matter what it does (apart from sd obv). Leech Seed also has fantastic synergy with Snorlax as Celebi can seed a switch in like Heatran/Latias etc and then lax gets free healing, additionally Leech support just works and supports the team and stops junk like mence/latias coming in for free (which is why im not using HP Fire), Aquilae uses Heal Bell but i soon dropped it because too much stuff was coming in for free. Celebi is called sims because of the torrid time my sub seed gave sims every time i battled him back in the day on wifi, which made him hate it haha.

    Our rather offensive anti spin, the reason we chose Gengar was because he makes a great infernape/luke check and immediately threatens most common spinners. Gengar also benefits from the residual damage as with 3 layers of Spikes + SR + 2 LO Focus Blasts (one on the switch) = one dead Calm 176 S.Def Blissey. Shadow Ball is for stab and Focus Blast is for coverage and hits T-Tar etc. Hidden Power Fire gives us an accurate way to beat Lucario, Forretress and Scizor. Protect is on this slot on "MysticGar" as it gives us a heads up vs Pursuit. Imagine this scenario, Scizor switches into a Gengar Shadow Ball now you are screwed right ? If you stay in you lose to Bullet Punch and if you switch you lose to Pursuit. Not with Protect you dont as it gives you a heads up so if they BP you you can switch (to Magnezone lol) and if they Pursuit you can hit them with HP Fire, so Gengar is a cute lure of sorts too. Overall i love this set and its definately one of if not THE best Gengar sets, DONT LET SCIZOR PUT YOU OFF USING GENGAR in HGSS/DPPt. Hp Fire also 2hko's all Metagross switch ins. I called this guy Pokedra / Wolflare because they seem both very Pursuit bait members ! lol

    Our first fatty on the team. This was originally was a Machamp but i noticed that Heatran 6-0'd us if Snorlax died so this serves as back up, he also walls the crap out of T-Tar and Weavile, 2 issues for this team and also can tak on Mixape 1 vs one in a pinch. Hariyama also takes status for us with Rest and Sleep Talk and just tanks away in general (dont let this defensive approach fool you, Hariyama still hits quite hard with spread, it did 25% to Ooka's Tomb with the weak Ice Punch which is quite impressive imo). Force Palm stops us being set up fodder whilst asleep with its sexy paralysis rate, spreading paralysis also helps Snorlax to an extent, its kinda funny to see Gyarados and Mence get utterly screwed. Second attacking move is up for grabs, i noticed Taunt Gliscor was an issue so im currently using Ice Punch, this also immediately threatens the dragons and lets us beat things like bulkymence 1 vs one and forces mence to Outrage us so we can lure it and go to a steel type which is a cute little game i like to play. Though i do have HP ice on Zone and also Gengar to threaten Gliscor so Stone Edge could be used, but i honestly prefer Ice Punch. The ev spread is my personal one, 76 hp/108 s.def makes Heatrans LO Fire Blast a 3hko enough attack to not be set up fodder (300) and the rest in def with an impish nature to buffer hits from Tar etc. Hariyama is called Lala because like Lala he has Thick Fat, has moobs and is a sumo (i.e loves noodles). ^_^

    Magnezone/Magneton is here because it helps remove many roadblocks for this team, the main 3 targets are Scizor, Skarmory and Lucario who each in their own way post threats to a curselax sweep. Only handling Skarmory is up the main selling point though because predictiong when they other 3 will come in is easy with Snorlax as he packs Fire Punch now so im using Hidden Power Ice for those noob Taunt Gliscors, this also helps me actually check dragons even without SR up. Thunderbolt already does more to Luke than HP Fire and im sure Scizor is not gonna shrug it off, that and denting it is all thats needed anyway, though i could switch to Fire but meh and Flash Cannon is for STAB/filler. Explosion is Explosion and is always a good move, this really helps eliminate/lure Blissey and Latias, the main wishers so wearing down junk is pretty easy if we can pull it off. This + Hariyama stop last poke sweeps (cune + Lax) along with Skarm because he has Taunt so i have plenty of tools to stop them. Im heavily considering switching to Magneton however, that extra speed boost is REALLY helpful especially against, all be it rare, junk like NP and also Lead azelf (>:/). Magneton being able to outrun max speed Adamant DD Gyara after a dd looks appealing. I called him Luke/Aura for a number of reasons, Lukes ability to "trap" noobs/trolls and own them (see: mobile/boo/etc) and Aura because he is a "Magnet" for that girl that he hates even though she likes him and she wont leave him alone (she is a weight lifter) ROFL!

    Comments:
    Our second fatty of the team, and the member the whole team is based around, Snorlax. When Aquilae brought this i was like "rofl curselax, fail" however he has FAR surpassed my expectations and is really good at this point in the metagame and although it is no longer on par with ubers like in GSC or ADV the number of sweeps i have gotten with it kinda scary. This team tries to cause problems to what ever stops curselax sweeping as possible, entry hazards, phazer trapping/luring, scizor luke etc removal. Rest IS risky but ive found that with ~2 curses (which is easy to get) not much threatens him whilst sleeping so he can actually afford to use Rest effectively (though Aquilae still uses Heal Bell. Rest is even more appealing because this is one of THE best Rotom/Sub Tran counters in the game, period so healing status is awesome. Body Slam screws up its common counters as always and allows us some breathing room when Cursing. Fire Punch is the best coverage move to use in that slot, it causes problems for everything that is meant to counter/check Curselax except Tyranitar who wont be a problem when it keeps switching in and out of entry hazards, which is usually the case lol. I highly reccommend this guy out and he fits in with stall fantastically and is imo better than than Rest-Talk lax and just a bit better than offensive lax. Although Snorlax is meant to be lackluster as a wall in D/P he can still more than make up for his shortcomings if you support him well and i have had no problems with him allegedly not being avle to take hits well (hint : he does, extremely). I called him Anti for obvious reasons, BECAUSE HE IS LARGE ! lol

    Former member which we tried : Honchkrow >> Hariyama, but Tar destroyed us =[. We also tried Weavile W/Knock off >> Hariyama to lure in and Knock Off Skarmorys Shed Shell (as you can guess this didnt work lol).

If they choose D-Claw >> Outrage, good luck with Hariyama. If they choose D-Claw >> F-Blast good luck with Skarm, if they choose D-Claw >> EQ then they cant OHKO Zone iirc and they suck lol.

    Conclusion:
    Overall this team has been very fun and as said has changed my opionion of curselax drastically and has shown it still works when supported well.

    However i feel there are issues with this team, mainly that lead sash Fire Blast suicide Azelf are really annoying to play around. ~_~ Id love some help fixing that so if anyone could, that would be great. I mean Azelf is always gonna be annoying for stall but id at least like something that can take ONE hit from it and even if its just being able to check it that would go along way. Scarf Jirachi or Scarf or even defensive Heatran (he can also PHaze or even rest talk and i can put Whirlwind on Hari as it opens up slots as it no longer needs to take our status lol but at the same time T-Spikes would sink Hariyama without Rest =[..) >> Zone? Idk :s so yeah that is the main issue. I mean since zone isnt as required as we once thought.

    Other than the aformentioned, we havent had many issues with anything in particular, but as always if you can spot anything please feel to state it.

    This team lacks me. :/ And it lacks a Rapid Spin Starmie. D:

    (This part is for Loeb if he reads it): Lack of Aero on team I see. Starmie of the Spinning Rapidness is also not in my sight. Needs to fix because weak to SR.
     
    Wait, shouldn't you get something for fire types other than Stone Edge on Hari? Because three members of your team are weak to fire. Sure, you got SR too, but once Celebi's gone and SR is spun away, you're looking at some trouble.

    The team is good, although I question the attack EVs for Hariyama, because they seem random.

    48 Spe on Hariyamam wil outspeed Blissey and 4 Spe Machamp, so that could be something to think about.
