The Sealed Chamber was creepy and awesome. If there was a poll, I'd vote for that one. Getting there was a pain, yet it was painfully fun...if that makes sense. I also remember being retarded and calling it the Seal-ed Chamber.

Abandoned ship.
Cause it gave me a feeling of mystery the first time I entered it. The music also sounds mysterious.
 
Abandoned Ship for the awesome unlocking puzzle and underwater stuff, Meteor Falls because caves are awesome and this one is really rather fun to explore, and Shoal Cave because I liked the little side thing to find the shoal bell parts and the idea of different tides was really cool. =3

Going to have to say Battle Frontier. It's just great fun. :D
 
My favorite place in R/S/E in Hoenn would be Mt. Pyre. It had epic music, mysterious places, and the Red Orb and Blue Orb. The ones that controlled Kyogre and Groudon. It's also surrounded by water.

My second favorite place is the Abandoned Ship. I always wondered what that was about. The music was cool. Depressing, but cool. That's where I evolved my Marshtomp into Swampert, and taught my Swampert, Ice Beam.

My third favorite place was the Shoal Cave. I had a hard time getting the ingredients for the Shoal Bell (or Shell Bell, idk) lol. I always liked going there for the Snorunts too.

I've always LOVED Route 117, just because of the Roselia, fun trainers, and the pokemon daycare. I also like the surrounding routes and cities.
