Favorite characters!

I never thought of it until I started thinking about it for this thread but there is a somewhat reoccurring theme in my favourite characters. Of course there are more, but these are a few that have just popped in my head.

Nagisa Shiota

Assassination Classroom has been my most recent manga that I've been reading whilst awaiting the anime and live adaptations. Aside from loving one other in the series, Nagisa Shiota is one who has been capture favourite on the list.
I love his observant and attentive personality especially towards Korosensei and the way he acts and the environment surrounding him. Although there are a few strategic type students in the class, no one besides him takes the time to write down any notes that could in any way help kill Korosensi in the future.
I like how he's not placed as the smartest, nor most athletic or have any distinct qualities in the class – he's nothing special. However, I do like how Nagisa has been made to have the hidden talent of bloodlust and as an assassin hidden within him – to the point where he doesn't know it himself.
Especially when Nagisa's bloodlust turns on and he turns all badass, I love seeing that other side of him. How his aura changes from a harmless fly to a having the fangs of a snake. I have so much fun watching him strike down opponents easily especially since you wouldn't' expect it from such his gentle character.

Nagisa Hazuki

Adding all to my love for sports anime, my next favourite is another Nagisa from Free!. I love his really cheerful and straightforward personality. His somewhat hyperactiveness and enthusiasm and well act upon anything that interest him in the slightest such as starting the swim club and getting Rei to join his team. I love his childlikeness the way he just enjoys having fun and being in the swimclub. Lots of moments in Free! where I really caught on to his different bits of personality such as swimming into the swimclubs/ trespassing and constantly calling Kou "Gou" no matter how many times she tells her. Overall I love how much fun I have when watching him especially since he's a big connection between each of the group members. I guess a big addon to this is the voice actor for the abridged series 50% who makes Nagisa a drug dealing thug who escaped out of Hope's Peak Academy and prison cell, makes my memory of him that much more entertaining and enjoyable.

Killua Zoldyck

Sure, sure Killua's OP and all that stuff I normally hear about. But Killua is probably one of my most favourite anime characters that I've ever come across. In the first few episodes of the first anime arc, Killua is shown to be a pretty badass character, pretty OP and finding the Hunter's Exam to be easy. However, despite being already so strong, I love his character development and finding so much more about him. He's 12 and still growing up and even being shown off so strong Sometimes Killua is his badass from the beginning, watching him grow more is such a great journey in itself.

One of the things I admire about Killua is his friendship with Gon. Having no friends in the past, he treasures Gon a lot as him most important friend. Whether their relationship jumps between something serious to something playful, despite Killua had never had any friends prior to Gon, he is a great friend to him. They're relationship between the two of them is really strong and solid.

Here are my two favorites:

Male♂:
Natsu - The Fire Dragon Slayer (aka Salamander) | Fairy Tail
I love this guy so much! He's such a badass in fighting and he can be so adorable and he's all like "I will kick your ass because you made Lucy cry" and he's simply perfect! Maybe I should descripe him a little more:

Natsu Dragneel is a member of a guild Fairy Tail. Like everyone else in Fairy Tail, he often destroys whole towns or villages on his quests. He's in a team with Lucy Heartfilia (something like his best friend, he would do anything to protect her and they often do jokes about each other), Gray Fullbuster (his childhood-friend, they usually fight against each other but if they fight together, you better run), Erza Scarlet (they know each other since they were kids and they are really good friends, it's the same with Lucy, he does everything to protect Erza) and Happy (blue flying cat, his real best friend, they often fight together, Happy is always with Natsu). He's a Dragon Slayer, which means he fights with Dragon-Magic. His element is fire, he learned his magic from his dad, Igneel. (Yes, his dad is a goddamn dragon!) After Igneel disappeared while Natsu was still a child, Natsu joined Fairy Tail and began searching him.

Yuno - The Yandere (aka Yuno Gasai) | Future Diary (Mirai Nikki)
My dear sweet Yuno. She's a stalker girl, with a diary about this random boy Yuki. Then Deus Ex Machina made her normal diary to a future diary and now she's able to see his future. Let the stalking begin!

Well, Yuno has a long (bloody) story, but I really can't say much about her because I would spoiler you guys. She is just this awesome pink-haired stalker-girl, you know?

Kamina is amazing, and definitely my number one. Simone as a whole comes in at number two, due entirely to his growth as a character. Satou Tatsuhiro from welcome to the NHK is also a pretty great character, even if he isn't flashy or powerful (he's actually pretty normal). Rider from fate//zero is awesome

For females, Queen Arthur is my number one. Yoko from Gurren Lagann is great. And finally Miria from Baccanno is one of my favorite characters in any medium (despite not being what I consider a good character)
