everybody knows that book three is the best. it's cool because it doesn't have the typical "harry fighting voldermort in late june" thing. and it's cool because hufflepuff beats griffindor (hufflepuff's my favorite house... *so cool*) and it's cool because... i wish i was 13. stupid aging...
 
I've only read up to number 3, and that was cool. I remeber liking number one a lot too, but that was sixith grade, so i dunno.

The part that amazed me the most in the 5th book was when Harry tried to use an Unforgivable Curse...I would have never expected him to out of nowhere scream Crucio! but he did indeed try to put the Cruciatus Curse (is that the name?) on Bellatrix Lestrange...I sure would like to see how they'd visualize the Cruciatus Curse in a movie, but for now I'm just hoping the Expecto Patronus Stag isn't botched in the new movie...I have a bad feeling the dementors are going to look crappy...I've already seen an action figure for one in the stores, and it doesn't look that good...just a skeleton in a grim reaper outfit that has no leg-bones o_o;;

Like my sister and I were saying, I think they're trying their best not to make the dementors look like the Ringwraiths from LotR. I can imagine that would be a little difficult though...

I saw the trailer to the third one, and they seem to look okay to me. Though it was only for a split second, there didn't seem to be anything wierd about them, that would put the proud name of dementor down hehe...

I just hope they show the stag! That would be cool!
 
they have too show the stag. they have no choice. it's in the book twice, so the producers would be nuts not to show it. i like the part in the 3rd movie where hermione calls malfoy a 'big ugly centipede!' or somethin like that. man, hermione gets really personal in this one doesn't she?
