Not only is she incredibly sexy, she also specializes in some of my favorite pokemon. :D

Now if only she was as powerful as her father. XD
 
Pike Queen Lucy :knockedou She's hot AND she loves 'dem serpents, especially Seviper :knockedou
 
Whitney, Goldenrod City Gym Leader. I really like her personality and attitude.
 
Green/Gary!!!!!!! He's awesome. I like how arrogant he is in LF/FR. Plus he's the hottest male character in any of the games~ ;D
 
i like facing gary oak as a trainer i also like battleing flint agetha bertha steven and lance

i really wishe dthey woulda made a paul in the pokemon D/P
 
Cynthiaaaa~~~

I absolutely adore her. >.> She's hot, what can I say. XDDD I also really like her personality, and I've always loved the challenge she brings to the Champion fight.

Another trainer I like is Clair, Blackthorn City gym leader. She's hot too. XDDD

Battle/Personality/Aesthetically: Karen, Cynthia, Steven, and Clair
Humor: "Shorts" kid in R/B/Y, Joey, The Juggler that says "Dropped my balls!"... where may be more, but I'm not arsed to remember.
 
Most people are saying Cynthia, is there any reason for that other than being the only female Champion? She looks kind of gothic to me. Or is it the long hair? I can't remember her being funny so I'm going to guess it's not her humor.
 
My favourite characters are all female and in GSC and their remakes. My favourite significant character is Misty. She's purely awesome and not just for the nostalgia factor. Otherwise, I like Lass Dana, Picnicker Liz and Picnicker Gina.

I especially liked this Lass Dana. When I was young I always used to try and get a rematch. She had Flaaffy and Psyduck so she's awesome. <3
I loved how Liz was constantly on the phone and her Pokémon is once again, awesome.
Gina used to get Leaf Stones for me (I think) in Crystal and I loved her team.
In my opinion, they were some of the most memorable (well, besides the annoying people *cough*Joey and Ralph*cough* and the GSC Juggler Irwin). xD
 
I've got a long list of favorites~

Gary/Blue-I just love his design and attempts to pester the character in any way possible with that attitude of his.
Lorelei-I just love her personality and appearance, one of my favorite Elite Four members.
Ethan/Gold-Probably one of my 2 favorite protagonist, not sure if playable characters apply here.
Youngster Joey-Obligatory.
Hiker Anthony-HO HO HO, I always used to battle him for XP and he was a frequent battler, so he's a good guy in my book.
Falkner-I liked his appearance, I'm not too crazy about his Pokemon choices, however.
Morty-I love his design and personality, probably my favorite Gym Leader out of any game.
Will-Another cool Elite Four member, his design is quite unique and interesting, in my opinion.
Dome Ace Tucker-Not sure why exactly I liked him, being dressed as a fairy and all. My high opinion for him stems from the fact that he was the Brain of my favorite battle facility, or something along the lines of that.
Lucas-See Ethan.
Barry-I liked his hair and his personality was nearly as sharp as Gary's.
Roark-I liked his design and Cranidos. I guess I have a thing for trainers with glasses?
Volkner-Mostly his design and Pokemon choices landed him on this list.
Skyla-Far too hot not to be on this list xD, but yeah, her design is amazing, imo.
Marshal-Nice to see some MMA influence and a fighting type user as the E4's "Final" member.
Cipher Admin Eldes-Amazing aesthetically and personality-wise, one of my all time favorite Pokemon NPCs.
 
I cant remember any trainers and there funny sayings. So my fav trainer is Misty because she is just so awesome. Misty was also a pain in Leaf Green with Starmie and thats make me like her even more shes cute and strong.
 
Misty - she uses a Golduck.

Whitney - because I like Miltank.

Jupiter - She uses my fave Poison-type Skuntank.

Barry - He's funny.

Silver - He's always pushing you and his red hair looks eerie.

Lt. Surge - Looks tough.
 
I always thought Lt. Surge was cool. Just the way he talked and his attitude was just cool in game and in the show. My fav would def be the Sandshrew trainer from the TV show thought he is not in the game. "Sandshrew baaaack in the water nooow!!!"
