My favorite would definitely have to be Mt. Silver, considering that I go there all the time just to fight Red. XD; Other than Mt. Silver, I guess it would be the Ruins of Alph. :O

Guys, you saw what they did with Mt Coronet in DPP, I'm sure they can manage something pretty awesome for the epic locations.
I was also quite fond of the National Park, just because it grew familiar over a period of time. Maybe if they improve it a bit, this time?

National Park, because I like the music and as far as I can remember it's the only place where you get that different sprite for tall grass. Plus, bug catching contests rock (I won one with a L. 18 caterpie against a pinsir and butterfree!).
I also like how the people there advertise for printing out stickers. xD
