Leaf from Pokemon FR/LG, naturally.
Bowser
Waluigi (Yes, I said Waluigi).
Miror B. (because he lets the music play)

Least Favorite:
Pikachu
Toad (the little squirt always seems to mess me up on Mario Kart games :/)
Rivals from Pokemon R/S/E/D/P/Pt. Become less annoying, please.

Um, I also like Luso from FFTA2, even though his character is like nonexistent lol and Maya from Phoenix Wright totally not because she can turn into Mia. GLaDoS is also a cool... er... AI, who is in both lists for me (both favourite and least favourite ._.) and Fassad and Porky from Mother are both giant banana-brains.
 
My favorites are:

My least favorites:
1. That ugly evolution of NOSEPASS, whatever his name is.
 
My favorite character is Princess Agitha from Zelda. I think she should be in the new Zelda game so I asked Nintendo if she is going to be in Skyward Sword and they nicely replied:

Having said that, Nintendo is very careful to only show a game when the developers are ready to do so. Also, we tend to concentrate on showing off products coming out in the near future. This means that you know as much as anyone else outside the development teams about the game. We just don't have an answer to your question nor any additional information to provide
 
Favorite Character (s)...... pretty much everyone from Disgaea! XD The Big Three of Laharl, Etna, and Flonne being at the top of the list.
 
My favourite character is probably Sabin from Final Fanstasy VI. I just think he's badass for a guy who uses no weapons.
My least favourite that I can think of is Luigi from Super Mario. He just always makes me cringe for some reason.
 
My favourite character ever, is Lightning from FFXIII XD; She looks so badass, and pink hair just adds on.

Least favourite, has always been DK from Mario.
 
My favorite character would be Ryu from the breath of fire series
Particularly Ryu from Breath of fire III
I don't really have a character that I don't like
