Favorite Legendary from Each Generation?

I am curious to know what everybody's favorite legendary Pokemon is from each generation. Give me one for every generation. Here are mine:

1st Gen - Mew or Zapdos

2nd Gen - Ho-oh

3rd Gen - Undecided

4th Gen - Darkrai

How about everyone else?

I just can't get into Lugia for some reason. One fourth of me thinks he looks pretty cool but the other 75% of me just looks at him and sees something bulky, rushed, and distorted. I really can't explain it.

Is it just me or do other people see Lugia as bulky, rushed, and distorted?

Just overall something about Lugia just does not sit right with me.

I think he's VERY overrated in terms of design. People refer to it as "beautiful". I think that's crazy, it's not beautiful at all. It's awkward looking to me, I think Ho-Oh looks a lot better (though I prefer Lugia overall just because I'm not a fan of fire types).
