Favorite Pokemon abilities and why?

Wonder Guard owns all. Yay for the signature ability of my favorite UU! ^0^ (Oy, you did not just totally dis Shedinja while I was typing that. It's not the poor pokémon's fault that the freakin' designers decided to hand Stealth Rock to everyone and his kid brother. <.<)

Magic Guard and Natural Cure are also awesome in their overall usefulness (Particularly Magic Guard; blocks Spikes and Sandstorm while also allowing some status absorption <3) and Color Change and Forecast are cool gimmicks, though the latter doesn't have much practical use,. Normal Coat is just completely out of this world. I love it for its sheer whackiness. x3 Suction Cups and Technician also deserve their honorary mentions.

Now don't get me wrong, the lesser damage absorbers are useful and all, same as status absorbers/immunities but they're just so...generic. I like my traits a bit more funky. xD

run away is useful too heres a trick when battling a legend bring a poke with run away weaken it to red then run away then track it down and its easyily catght with quick balls *gr8 trick innit*

Volt Absorb/Water Absorb.

It's ultra handy.

I don't think anyone mentioned Poisoned Point and Static. Which can be powerful just because you get some status damage with out using up a move slot.
