The only ones I've watched are
Lati@s, Unown (the Entei one), Jirachi and Deoxys..
So I choose Jirachi Wishmaker. The ending *sniff* is so dramatic~

Between mewtwo strikes back, lucario and the mystery of mew, pokemon ranger and the temple of the sea, and the celebi one, I'd say Lucario and the mystery of mew is my most favorite one. Though i hate having characters die in a movie....I think the 8th movie has the best storyline and scenes ever. Of course the other 3 movies are just as good, but its only during the climax that it gets interesting.
Two pokemon movies are my absolute favorites...
- Pokemon ranger and the temple of the sea, loved it as im a huge water guy
- Pokemon Heros - that was a great movie overall
as a third one I like it'd be The Rise of Darkrai... that was quite epic.
