Oak is awesome across all 3 mediums (Show, manga, games). It would be great if you got to fight him and his level 99 Spearow of Doom in the games...

Professor Rowan... cuz he's hot. (Joking creepily)
My favorite would have to Oak, simply out of his competence and skill. There is data for Oak as a strong trainer in R/B's code. I like Rowan, even though he does creep me out. Anyone wondered where the "WILL, there is a time and place for everything, but not now!" comes from? He's probably stalking me, while giving me advice.

Professor Oak, since he is the first one I've ever saw in the Pokemon series and the most epic one.
