    Who is you favorite singer that you just cannot get enough of?
     
    This should go in OVP i think But I like chester from Linkin Park and Joel from Good Charlotte XD
     
    Out of all time? Freddie Mercury. I am a die-hard Queen fan, and Freddie Mercury was one of the most influencial men in music to date. He was charismatic, entertaining, and one of the greatest rock composers of them all. None of the rock/grunge/gothic bands you see today would have come about if it wasn't for Queen and the greatest frontmanin music history.
     
    Definitely Utada Hikaru! She has such a pretty voice! Her song, 'Simple and Clean' has been my favorite for about two years now. I have one of her albums that my penpal in Japan sent me, and her others songs are great, as well. From what I know she doesn't sing about anything bad, and I like her style so she's my favorite.

    I also love all of Hoku's songs. ^_^ She has a beautiful voice, which isn't a surprise since both of her parents are really good at singing, too. I guess she isn't as popular as she used to be now, but she did have some hit songs, and was in a few movies and commercials. I really like her because she's a great role model.

    As for me, I honestly have no clue. I have waaaay too many. Currently my favorite vocalists are Tarja Turunen and Cristina Scabbia, but that's always changing.
     
    I'd have to say Jason Mraz or Gavin Rossdale from Bush. ^^

    Well, singer wise I'd have to say ether Billy Corgan from The Smashing Pumpkins. His voice can do incredible things.
     
    My fave singer is Lee Greenwood..actually..I think he's cute..^_^
     
    T.M. REvolution ^^; He's a J-Rock/pop guy. But he usually sings about good stuff, and hi ssongs have a really great beat to them. I don't really think I've ever heard any of his songs having anything that younger people wouldn't be able to listen to.

    YES! You rawk! XD I think Freddie Mercury has a great voice. I am obviously also a die-heard Queen fan.

    I also think that Gerard Way from My Chemical Romance is great. His voice is amazing. But no where near as good as Freddie Mercury's voice.
     
    I thought of another one. Adam Levine from Maroon 5. ^^
     
    I like so many. I have to say I like David Bowie, Stevie Nicks, Voltaire, Josh Groban, Pat Benatar, Meat Loaf etc... I love them all.
     
    Currently, Bruce Dickinson of Iron Maiden is my favorite male vocalist..female vocalist goes to Bif Naked.

    Amy's voice rocks. :) I also have to agree with Jade Seraphim about Tarja and Cristina. All three singers have an amazing vocal presence, and it causes a great effect with the instruments being played behind them.

    males -Nick Cave, Leonard Cohen
    females -tori amos, neko case, kristin hersh, bjork, tanya donnelly, pj harvey, chan marshall, johnette napolitano, kate bush, sinead o'connor, lila downs, lhasa de sela, chavela vargas, etc -can't seem to narrow it down when it comes to the ladies :(
