I liked the one on the Orange Islands with a Tan :).
She was super strong and could heal Pokemon island to island. I can't remember seeing a Nurse Joy more helpful than her.

The first one. She was funny and sarcastic. "WE HAVE A DRIVEWAY Y'KNOW!"; Jenny"Oh! I seemed to park my motorcycle at the front desk." Joy: "Seriously, next time use the driveway."; "You can't battle pokemon until their injured this way. You're a bad trainer (or something like that)."
However, i hate her too because she fixed Misty's bike and that made her leave the show.

I don't know the differance between them all. But Brock does, he seperated all of the Officer Jennys at the Indigo League somehow.

The difference between all of the Joys are the color of their cross on their head gear. They are all different colors, so you can differentiate (sp?). It was pointed out in one episode.
