4th Gen Features that there's no excuse to not have had in D/P/PL...

Wi-Fi Underground: Do I need to explain this one? Platinum Flag is nigh impossible for people like me. If you live near the Pokemon Center (okay, apparently it's the world nintendo center, but it should work), then you would have an easier time, but finding fifty other people and having to be near them? Too hard. I hope they can make updates or something, where you can connect to Wi-Fi and download something that lets the underground be used in wi-fi groups.
All you need is 2 game carts and 2 DS systems to get the other flags. You can talk to yourself and then leave and come back, and do it again, and it counts as another person. Same with stealing flags. The only hard part is being patient enough to repeat the process 50 times.

Okay, okay, okay, maybe I understand wifi. But even then, it's not THAT much data. What more is it besides name, species, level, xp, shiny status, IVs, EVs, caught location, and items? That's just 9 or so values, and they're all text and numerical based.

Organizing my items by having pokemon in boxes holding them is way too tedius of an act later in the game, and even if I did, it'd still be a pain. It's not a matter of 'Why not just do it the hard way' than it is 'Why didn't they let me do it the easy way?'.

Call me impatient, but I thought I was playing a game of raising virtual creatures and battling them for entertainment, not 'Find the macho brace in the bag of 200 items'.

*Thumbs up* for the item storage and item arrangement.

It would came in very handy. =\

Item storage is really lacking. i mean, lets see.. i have here umm. a Sacred Ash! something that comes with ho-oh in GSC and in emerald it is hidden in the place where Ho-oh lands and battle you (need event. AR or gameshark can do nicely here as long as you catch legitly)
Yeah. its annoying that the bag is full. so we check out.. OH GOD! there is alike 100 things i need to toss! hmm which one first.. i dunno! why can't we mark them for selection? probably the stupidest idea here <.<

who knows what would be in GS remake (i REFUSE to call them by THAT silly name)
also, each pokemon can hold an item. but its a pain to catch them just for item holding XD

hmm move on. berries? i don't use them. i won in second rank contest with my gardevoir with no pokeblocks. and new berry blending sucks, let alone contests.

well.. about the trade animation. the DS is NO supercomputer. the animation is probably instead of an ugly PLEASE WAIT, SUCKA message. what's better? animation of course, just leave the DS for a sec. you won't die. it takes some time to the internet to send the data of the pokemon to another, and the other one to the other one. while speed differs, have you ever battled online? or at least saw an online battle? most of those battles are speeded up really much. thats because of the internet. meybe. just meybe.. they could just shorten it.

I POST WAY TOO FREAKIN' MUCH.

The item storage would be nice to have again. It'll be in use for the people who like to organize their bags and not let it get too crowded.

Why can't I speed up battles? Just an option to disable text and after you select your move for the turn you see whatever happens on screen really quickly. Instead of:

What will you do?
Angry forum poster used rant!
Super Effective!
Critical Hit!
Nintendo is asleep!
Nintendo used a potion!
Nintendo recovered 20 hp!

We could just watch what happens on screen, by our millionth pokemon battle I think we'd know that when a zZzZzs come out of a pokemon's sprite they're asleep, and what types are super effective against others. Or as the battle went forth, you would see boxes next to your stats saying what's going on during the battle, instead of showing you, then telling you every action that happens for every battle!
