Hmmm.....I'd like to see Raichu...
of course, being Pika's evo, it'd be STRONGER & FASTER!!!!
But, we are supposed to be talking about FIGHTING types on SSB...
Maybe Lucario will have a Dragon/Fighting evo?
(I did look into this typing, it has more resistances than weaknesses...)

I meant Flame-butted as in I'm calling Infernape a butt-head.
Overall, Raichu is still better, with higher defenses & speed.
(Speed,of course, matters more...)
 
Ugh, its still inferior to its pre-evolution, which is very sad for any pokemon.

(Its speed isnt that much higher, and their in the same tier)
