3rd Gen Filling Pokedex

    I know how to get Latios and Latias, and so other exchangeables Pokemons, but in the name of God!, how can I get the other 2 starter Pokemons? Any help would be more than appreciated.
    P.D.. I don?t use Gameshark or ActionReplay.
     
    You either need a friend or another cart that can start a new game and trade them to you, or if you are lucky and your friend or other cart's starter is female, you can breed them.
