Download this for the PC version and come join me and Olli! We're on the North American server called Lamia.
I'm a dark mage, so I started in the desert region called Ul'Dah. Different classes start in different areas (forest or sea harbor). You can make multiple characters, though.
The free trial software can be downloaded from the site, which allows players to play the game for free for up to 14 days until their character hits level 20. The free trial also limits what in-game activities players are able to participate in. For now, I know you can't PM people nor start a party, but a full-purchase player can add us to a party, they left, and it left me as leader. Either way, we can play in the same area regardless. :)
