Final Fantasy - Epilogue

Desi, we arent even sure you are confirmed inno yet. How can we be assured that the item you have doesnt blow up in our faces >.>

Attacking the cop is a greaaat way to confirm our suspicions, at least ><.

People are still suspicious of Desi being mafia because he's a thief? Really? Zidane/Locke/Vaan(ish)/Rikku etc. say hello.

I told you that I could help whoever.

The cop decided that he didn't want my help.

Confirming your suspicions? More like children causing a self-fulfilling prophecy to come to pass.

There's no need to start saying those things now, are there.

You've got a story that is impossible to prove (thanks to one potential link dying) unless the cop wastes a night investigating your actual role. Therefore, with reasonable doubt in place, its a much safer move to work on killing you.

Look. I was hasty in my attack. I should have gone for Naku, but to me, a thief =Evil.

Excuse me for my lack of subject knowledge.

IF YOU HAVEN'T YET VOTED, MAY I SUGGEST NAKUZAMI

Why in the first place I came and tell everything I know to you all if I'm a mafia. I can easily steal you all without revealing these things. I'm not going to RR like I done in RI. I'm with you all, so deal with it.

Naku for someone who claims to be helpful you're sure intent on being harmful right now. I get being immersed in a role (if you are actually immersed in a role) but wouldn't it help you more to try and act friendly? Getting bitter and frustrated is tempting but right now it's not helping you at all; it's just luring us into attacking you, and if you win with the town I don't think at all it's a good idea to attack our cop.

As for you Absol you're striking me as quite suspicious. It doesn't make any sense for a mafia-aligned thief to tell us who he stole from and reveal a third party recruiter, especially when the information he gave us was right on the money. As I mentioned earlier a lot of thieves in Final Fantasy are on the side of good, as thievery is an ability most players treasure and take advantage of. I can get being genre blind and unknowing of that fact but.. still it's odd you would attack him after he chose to help us.

Finally, as for scanning me you're welcome to do so. I'm kinda depressed at thieving attempts but... then again I can't do much damage with that Strength Ring as my attack is low anyway. I'm not sure what you're going to do with two rings though if you do succeed.

Read my above post.
I attacked with too much haste.
You still attacked him after he told us who Nimsy was and was absolutely right about her, and it took me (and others) to tell you thieves are usually allies in Final Fantasy to get you to change your mind. Either you skimmed through and saw thief and you goofed, or something's up. Both are perfectly plausible at this point.

By the way do you know something we don't about Naku, or are you just trying to get us to bandwagon her? She is really not helping herself in this case but I'm very curious if you know something about her.

EDIT: Alright I've been going back and reading through the previous Day and Night posts and I figure I'll post what I've found here in case I lose the chance to do so later. First, the Day Three post mentions a few new toys. Going by this post it's possible the Mafia gained more than one item through their battles with the monsters the other day, and either have used them or may use them later. Also both the Day and Night posts seem to reference Aeris a lot, and given her very irregular name (half of it is red and half of it is blue) I find this highly suspicious and unusual. She might not be out of the game yet.

As for Naku... I'll be honest I'm not buying it. You've targeted players who were mostly confirmed innocent later. Absol has seemingly targeted random players so she may be neutral.

I think that there is nothing special going on with Aeris. If I'm not mistaken Sephiroth killed Aeris in the game?
With that in mind, day 2 or something Sephijohn said that he recruited one of Cloud's friends. That would be Aeris. At a later phase post Sephijohn says he killed Aeris once again. That would be him killing off the inactive Eros, who was Aeris. This explains the semi blue semi red name. It's also a part of the role play. That's my opinion at least.

So, Nani, I wanted to ask you something. You should talk with Wedge and decide whether you should reveal who he is or not. It might seem bad at first, but I'll share my train of thought.
You already said you're low on HP, so if your were afraid of exposing your friend because the mafia would kill him off and shut your communication down, they could simply target you and put an end to it. What's more, I would like to have a better idea of who everyone is, so I won't waste another scan tonight.

The only reason I'm gunning for Naku is that they produced a claim that seems rather extreme, even for johnny, ans They APPEARED AS MAFIA.

Alex you haven't wasted a scan yet. Last night was just unfortunate coincidence.

Well, that is true. But it could have been prevented. I think it would be beneficial if we avoided repeating this.

Aeris's role extended far beyond her death; she was instrumental in stopping Meteor as by the time the heroes finished off Sephiroth they were already too late. Call it a gut feeling... but I can't help at all but feel something's up. Her name is the most strange thing I've seen as everyone else has a name that's either red, blue, or purple.

As for protecting Wedge, I'm not simply doing so because our ability would become useless. I'm trying to protect him because I simply don't want to see him get killed off. I guess that's taking my role to an extreme but dang it it'd kill me if I saw him get axed (not literally, but emotionally.) ;-;

He's not online currently though, so in the meantime I'll just make my attack.

[Attack] Naku

As for you Abby that's a very valid reason. You seem neutral in general, so I'll just assume you attacking the thief was a slipup on your part for now.

Ok, pretty much caught up. There were things I wanted to respond to before D3 ended but I never got a chance, and some things I wanted to say are probably no longer important/relevant.

lol Naku, this is so awful, I don't buy this at all. "Oh well I'm third party that doesn't really have a win condition... but wait actually I really do have a win condition that lets me win with anyone" ...yeah right.

[Attack] Nakuzami
Alex, where do the rest of your suspicions stand now? What made you do a complete 180 on Bard? You're going to have to clarify what you're getting at with Bard because I'm not understanding right now.

Also, not seeing what everyone else is seeing about Abby. I think it's an easy assumption for her to make (and especially for someone not familiar with FF), because honestly, how often do you see thief roles that aren't scum-aligned? (I'm not that familiar with FF either and I was kind of thinking the same thing about Desi when I was reading through... so yeah).

I haven't made a 180 on Bard. All I said is that he has been acting strange the whole day, which led me to believe he is mind controlled. I have no way to confirm this, I'm just making assumptions, because his posts today don't sound Bard at all.

I was wondering what your attack is btw, Superjolt. Are you willing to let us know its value?

I think the reason we were suspicious of her is that she attacked our thief right after he exposes our third party recruiter. It is admittedly a reasonable mistake to make and to be fair she seems to have just attacked random people so far.

In your D3 wall, you said Bard was practically cleared because he was attacked by Naku, that implies a town read. You kind of made it sound like you were scum reading him suddenly.

My attack is 5 btw
