I've got a question regarding the event. Event post says that rare items will be RNG'd so that everyone OR none will get them.
But later it says rare items can be stolen.
Does that mean
a.) that someone participating in the fight can attemp to steal and get themselves a second rare item
or
b.) that someone can join an ongoing fight and try to steal?
Or am i simply missing something?

Anyway Bard I don't have much attack power going for me but I'm tempted to help. If we gang up on it together we should be able to take it out. There's no way we could just take it down with two people though. XD
