Okay, I'm finally done with this team. This team is focused about offense, without taking too much risks.
RATE IT. FORGOT TO PUT IT IN THE TITLE. THANK YOU, MYSELF. CAPTAIN OBVIOUS.

    Lead :
    Uxie @ Choice Scarf
    EVs : 252 HP, 136 Def, 120 Spd
    Timid nature, Levitate ability
    -Trick
    -Stealth Rock
    -U-Turn
    -Thunder Wave

This lead is an amazing one. Setting up SR and the ability to wall pretty effectively makes it perfect for me. Trick changes the items, Choice Scarf the enemy's lead, then use T-wave to neutralize the effects of the CScarf, double win. With a paralyzed lead, choice locked into something that probably won't help them, it forces a switch. A free turn to set up SR, U-turn to scout on the next turn and switch to a counter. This Uxie can wall, although it's not a premier wall, it still gets the job done nicely. Mid-late game, Thunder Wave comes in handy.
This lead unlike the team doesn't focus on damage, it's a support lead to help me sweep properly later.

    Late Game Sweeper #1
    Swellow @ Flame Orb
    EVs : 252 atk, 252 spd, 4 sp.def
    Jolly nature, Guts ability
    -Facade
    -Brave Bird
    -U-Turn / HP Fighting
    -Protect

This can be an effective lead in the case the one I battle doesn't want legends. Protect gives me status immunity, also activates Flame Orb, another double win. STAB Facade and Brave Bird does massive damage, Brave Bird ones KO'd an lead Infernape. However, Brave Bird is half suicide, on the other hand, it's very useful when low on health. You pretty much know how this Swellow functions. My only concern is rock and steel types, which can wall her all day. HP fighting can be used instead of U-Turn for coverage against them.

    Physical Sweeper #1
    Feraligatr @ Leftovers
    EVs : 252 atk, 252 spd, 4 HP
    Jolly nature, Torrent ability
    -Waterfall
    -Ice Punch
    -Earthquake
    -Sword Dance

While Salac Berry looks like the superior choice, it's not. Feraligatr's relatively bulky physical defense can give me a proper switch, Leftovers help heal the damage a little. Waterfall is for STAB, Ice Punch is for type coverage, EQ is for other water types. Sword Dance can be useful on someone who thinks setting up Toxic or trying to bang me with whatever support moves it has makes him suffer. As long as Feraligatr is faster it can sweep alright. Salac Berry comes into mind again, but Leftovers can help Feraligatr in the run against other physical attackers, helping it's already mention relatively bulky defenses.

    Physical Sweeper #2
    Absol @ Choice Scarf
    EVs : 252 atk, 252 spd 4 HP
    Adamant nature, Super Luck ability
    -Night Slash
    -Stone Edge
    -Psycho Cut
    -Superpower

Absol has good type coverage and it's awesome attack makes it a nasty physical sweeper for those who are not prepared. Night Slash provides STAB and is my main form of attacking, Stone Edge, Psycho Cut and Superpower are for type coverage, all moves have increased critical hit ratio, making them an excellent pair of moves with Super Luck.
While Choice Scarf doesn't seem the best for Absol, it patches up it's rather slow speed. Night Slash already does neutral damage to most types, and with STAB and Super Luck and the moves increased critical hit ratio, this thing is a must have. Other moves work good with Super Luck and being choice locked into something is still not such a problem unless it's a Dark Pokemon that is immune to Psycho Cut, which forces a switch. Other than that, this Absol set looks relatively fine for me.

    Late Game Sweeper #2
    Sceptile @ Life Orb
    EVs : 252 atk, 252 spd, 4 HP
    Naive nature, Overgrow ability
    -Leaf Storm
    -Leaf Blade
    -Focus Blast
    -Earthquake

Sceptile is an excellent late game sweeper with whopping 120 base speed and ability to be mixed. Leaf Blade is the main way of attacking, Leaf Storm is for a situation that needs it, EQ and Focus Blast are for a little better coverage. Although I'm tempted to replace EQ with Rock Slide to provide better type coverage and Focus Blast with HP Water, again for type coverage.
I'm not sure if there's anything wrong with this Sceptile.

    Special Sweeper
    Ninetales @ Choice Scarf
    EVs : 252 sp.att, 252 spd
    Timid Nature, Flash Fire ability
    -Flamethrower
    -Energy Ball
    -Dark Pulse
    -HP Dragon 70

Ninetales is my only special sweeper because I left Gardevoir in favor of Swellow. Still, she isn't half bad. Choice Scarf on a base 100 Pokemon might look ridiculous, but then some slower scarfed Pokemon, Pinsir for example can move in for a OHKO with Earthquake. Safety measures.
Still, she does a good special sweeping, and can possible revenge kill, although I'm not too sure, it's still a nice special sweeper. She's extraordinary good teammate to Sceptile, whose Fire-type buddies might look for him. Flash Fire makes her own fire attack stronger, but meh, absorbing them is still fine.

    Alternative member :
    Special Sweeper #2
    Gardevoir @ Choice Scarf
    EVs : 252 atk, 252 spd
    Timid nature, Trace ability
    -Psychic
    -Focus Blast
    -Shadow Ball
-Will-O-Wisp (needs to be removed, yet to find a suitable replacement0

Gardevoir is an excellent special attacker and a possible special sponge. 125 Base sp.att and 115 sp.def isn't something to laugh at, although you can laf at the speed easily, Choice Scarf comes into play, allowing me to score some good KOs on UnFocus Sashed enemies, Psychic is a great move, and it gets STAB, and does hefty damage. Focus Blast and Shadow Ball are for type coverage. Will-O-Wisp might not look like the best idea, But it patches up Gardevoir's weak defense which will likely be targeted.
GARDEVOIR IS USED AS A REPLACEMENT MEMBER IN CASE THE OPPONET DON'T WANT LEGENDS. That means I can't bring Uxie with me. And Swellow becomes my lead too. (It's a pretty effective lead, although some particular leads might just mess her up, U-turn for scouting + countering)

Anyway how's my team and my no-legends solution member?

HP Fighting on Swellow will be doing pathetic damage to rock/steel types given its low base power and Swellow's horrible special attack stat, so stick with U-turn. Quick Attack and Pursuit are also options.

252 Atk / 80 SpA / 176 Spe on Sceptile, needs some sort of EV investment in special attack to do acceptable damage.

No switch in to powerful physical attackers like Rhyperior, Hitmonlee and Aggron really hurts. They can pretty much hit through everything with Stone Edge/Earthquake/CC ect, then switch out and do it all over again. This is the problem with hyper-offense teams, you're well covered with speed and coverage against sweepers, but nothing can take a hit.

How about adding something like Dual Screen Claydol? It helps somewhat with those physical attackers and gives your fragile sweepers support. In particular, DD Feraligatr benefits because it can actually take a hit or two to begin with while setting up.

Yeah.. I thought HP varies between physical / special with it's type. Swellow already has Quick Attack as I figured it out before I got to use HP.

Uxie loses his CScarf, and will probably receive a Focus Sash or an item appropriate to a lead. Altough it won't benefit from it much.
I've yet to try my Feraligatr with DD. SD served me well. I already have a battle set today so Mr.Dancing Alligator here will try DD.
I was wrong on Sceptile's spread, it's actually what you said. I was confused with the whole strightforward EVs my team has.

Yes I know the Choice Scarfers choice I made sucked, but a scarfed Pinsir with EQ will hurt. Really. OHKO's Ninetales which is my primary bug/grass/steel counter. Absol isn't going to outspeed anything, and really Life Orb does a good amount of damage, but Sucker Punch is probably predictable and it can be set-upped on. Life Orb did serve me well when it was on my Absol before I kicked Roserade and Sudowoodo.

Gardevoir was supposed to be a support member, and partially a special sponge / special switch-in. I already have a dual-screen set for Gardevoir, as well as two other support moves. However the fact that she's pure support and will not be able to attack is rather.. problematic. The set was as the following :

    Gardevoir @ Light Clay
    EVs : 252 spd, 252 sp.def, 4 hp
    Timid nature Trace ability
    -Reflect
    -Light Screen
    -Healing Wish
    -Will-O-Wisp

Will-O-Wisp provides me with a predictable free statusing on the switch, and as Gardevoir are faster than both Rypherior and Aggron, Reflect will be the second thing to come. Light Screen comes after it and the next thing to come will be Feraligatr / Ninetales. Absol can't really afford to take damage, as it's crap defenses are there to balance his attack stat. So Feraligatr's decent defense bulk comes in handy. Ninetales can switch into both Rhyperior and Aggron and threaten them with a quad effective Energy Ball / Double effective Flamethrower, looking at their's lame defense stat is probably a KO.

Claydol does have a few advantages over Gardevoir, Rapid Spin is a huge advantage, removing entry hazards that my team is going to hate. Will-O-Wisp however is an awesome way to support the team's fragile defense, mainly Absol and Ninetales, Swellow too, but it won't likely come out early.

I see this team still has a way to go. Perhaps kicking Gardevoir was a lame decision.
