Awwwwww, what a cute lil' Plusle! ^_^ I like this picture a lot! The only things I can suggest are that the lines are a bit shaky in places (but this improves with time!) and the grey bits on the ears look a bit strange...but other than that, it's a really nice pic, and you should be proud of it! :D

I assume this is one of your early tries, then, it's very nice ^.^ And I have to agree with F_G, a bit shaky, and grayish on the edges ^.^

Hmm, I can say some things about the front of him:
The eye mixes with the light part of him, and makes it look bad. Try to make the light part white-blue, and the eye a bit away from it. That should do the trick.
