So in 2 weeks we have Regionals in my city and I wanna try it out
Bare in mind, I'm still new to the Pokemon Trading Card Game and need LOTS of help :D
So please tell me what you think of my deck and what I can add or take away and replace :)

My Strategy ? Not so sure , just to attack ? And have enough Pokemon and energy cards each time I draw

Too many 1-ofs for the Pokemon. Not enough focus on certain Pokemon. You will also need more Trainers, and a lot less Energy.

so what you're saying is to take away some pokemon and replace with trainer cards ?

Most definitely. Full-on dual type decks generally don't perform very well. What perform well are usually monotype decks "splashed" (ie: maybe 3 or 4 total that don't fit the single type used) with cards to counter powerful decks.
