Fire Emblem (revived again)

That would explain his chronic absences.. =D

Who are you?!? XD
Alright I know who you are. I'm joking. Niko. :O
Why do I give Ike greatness?

Hmm...probably a stupid question, but I was watching the display of the various unit sprites and descriptions that follow when you leave the FE7 title screen on for too long, and I noticed some characters that were example sprites for some of the units that seemed neither friend or foe...two, actually, and they were as follows:

--A cavalier with a horse of a dappled grey (similar in pattern to a Valkyrie's horse, but in the same design as the Cavalier horse), a yellow-gold saddle, who had green armor and blue hair. I know for a fact that this person was never a boss in FE7, nor was he ever an NPC or recruitable character.

--An archer, female, with a light blue shirt and short skirt, blonde hair, also wearing a light blue hat. I'm also certain that this person appears nowhere in FE7.

So, were these sprites made merely as examples of units (and has anyone seen these particular people before), or, if not, what are they?

Hmmm, I don't think I've ever noticed a sprite that doesn't belong to anybody, and I have absolutely no clue as to who they could be. Maybe they did that because they couldn't find anyone else, or maybe just to see if anyone would notice. XD In any case, you must have a very good eye to notice that *Applauds*

You may not have, but most people don't spend twenty minutes staring at the sprite animations; it took at least fifteen minutes for the first to appear, then the second was about five minutes later, but as the sprites are shown in random order and sprites for a single unit will also be at random (i.e. for Paladin you might see Kent, Sain, Lowen, Isadora, Pascal, Cameron, Marcus, etc.), so it's just incredible luck that ends up showing these mystery characters.

hmmm...
Since Draik is a beaver Master.. He hasn't got anything equipped.
*Steals* MUHUHAHAHAH!
*Uses made up magic,Beaveratu*

*blocks with Light Rune, counters with Fimbulvotter*

Beaver Wish is useless against me; as long as I also possess rodent magic you can't destroy me...

I can =B

Anyways Kaga, the sprites are the generic units. For example, say, you cheated Marcus into an archer. Because he has no palette of that, he uses the generic palette.

It's not spam, Tyson, don't worry yourself over it. What else are we going to talk about after 70 pages? o_O

Ah, makes sense, Mister Beaveru. Too bad those are the only ones I've caught, I'm curious to know what the other generic units look like.

Wait, I actually did catch one more last night. A Hero with green and brown armor.

MSN is being evil as always; I hope it'll stop this nonsense by evening so I can actually get on and talk to you. Just keep your fingers crossed that my sister doesn't get on while I'm away and goes ebaying...

Luckily I have the FE7 rom on my computer, I'll just have to acquire a list of cheats now.

What about it wasn't spam? Oo

I've gotten into playing FE7 again... I hate Chapter 13 ><;;

XD

I think the hardest levels for me in any FE games are where beserk tactics are employed mercilessly. Usually I don't carry status healing staves D:

Send in magic users to take them out...that's the easiest way to do it since they won't berserk any magic users because of high resistance and by those levels, I'm sure your magic users can go on their own without any escorts...

But seriously... Restore is a pretty dependable staff and I pretty much rely heavily on it...>>

Usually, I run out of room. I use healers with two staves and ... pretty much item holders.
