Fire Emblem (revived again)

Because Rhys and Mist have the evasive ability of a rock, and I really need a decent staves user right now, with all of these bird laguz that move so **** fast. XD
 
Um... Ike autopromotes... Unless you guys didn't know about that.

As I said, Master Seal is for money.

It takes three hits from a bird to kill Rhys on mine, one for Mist, XD
Just finished Chapter 12 with ease, got me Jill, she's cute, XD
 
Yes, Rhys is more durable, but I'm using Mist just because I'm hoping she's one of those characters who starts horribly weak and ends up the best healer in the game XD

I'm still working on Chapter 12 thanks to Soren only having 23 HP at 0/14 and Elwind still not being enough to kill them, even if Adept kicks in =/
 
ya know i can't use the master seal on ike for some odd reason. I was curious as to what he'd change into so i save and tried it, but it doesn't let me use it and my ike is lv 19 with 88 exp(i'm trying to cheat with exp award to get him to level up every stat :P). can it only be used on him when he's lv 20?

I used a Soren/ Ike tag team strategy in Chapter 12, XD

I'd send my level 19 Ike up to hit the bird brains with a Laguz Slayer, and then have my Soren (Sage Level 1) use Elwind to finish it off, even though Soren can kill them by himself, XD
 
Ike upgrades through a story event after you beat Ch. 17, so don't worry.

BTW, Chairman Kaga, my Mist is a Level 16 Valkyrie and is an excellent healer, although her strength is questionable. ^_^
 
CHAPTER 17?? curses!! my Ike is already lv 20 and he'd just rob exp... has anyone found rolf to be of use? i can't level him up with all these lv 13 enemies, he's just get owned...

I finally beat it, just through doing something similar...I had two tag teams...Ike/Lethe and Titania/Soren, one for each side of the boat XD I destroyed the bird laguz easily that way...then tore through the next chapter...only had to restart that one once...and guess why?

I believe you, Tyson...it's just that my Mist has phailed, and my Rhys has far better magic and luck, even if his defense is about the same. I'll try and give Mist one more shot, though...hopefully I won't be wasting experience.

My Ilyana is really, really showing signs of phailure now..level 13 and only has a magic of 10...and my Ike phailed...20/0 and only has 13 attack =/
 
hah! XD you should have used him the first time you got hem!^^ i did and ima on chap. 14. he's level 11 now and i cant wait until chap. 19 when i can use their triangle atack!^^ (this is meant for the Rolf question)
 
Rolf isn't bad, actually. He's alright for sniping off bird laguz, but that's about it. Mine's only level five because I have to generally hide him from most enemies, but I'm going to try and strengthen him more.
 
I use Magic for distance attacks a lot more then bows, so I haven't bothered. I never liked archers to begin with. >>
 
You guys are all making me jealous with this PoR talk ;~;

Once it goes on sale for like $30 I'll buy it~ Or just get it for Christmas.
 
I've never used many archers, admittedly they don't do much for me either. But seeing as how there isn't much variety in characters at this point in PoR, I'll use Rolf for all he's worth.

Best GBA archer in my opinion is Wil. He's FAR underrated (and Rebecca is far overrated <_<; )
 
Wil > Rebecca. I couldn't keep that chick alive, too easy to kill, XD

Soren > Ilyana, just because it's true XP

Um... Louise is the mediocre archer in FE7... >>

As for me, Archers are one of my favorite units (next to the druids, as you can see in my sig/avy)... In fact, bows are my favorite weapons.
