I was in Best buy in Oklahoma City today, and to my suprize, a FINISHED copy of Fire Red was playing in one of the GBA's for people to check out. So, I spent an hour(was waiting on a movie in the building next door to start) playing it and OMG I can NOT wait. You have no idea how much I wanted to get out my knife and just cut off that little GBA and run out the store with it. LOL!!

Has anyone else seen these in game stores?

Edit: Please note, I said it was done, NOT FOR SELL, but the game is finished.

Yeah, the store gets it a lot earlier for demos and such, but it is their only copy. Employees don't even put it in, a Nintendo representitive does it all (at least that's how it is in Wal-Mart).

It's probably been done for a while, they do need to make thousands of copies so everyone can get one :P That is a large chunk of game production time, making more copies of it.

Yes a LARGE chunk of it. Especially since Nintendo is still making cartridge games.

Which I like. I'v rather have a cart for my GBA than some little DVD or CDR(which they make)
