It's essentially my powerhouse deck with a lot of draw power. It sets up pretty quickly if I get a good hand.

I'd be tempted just to convert this into a variant on the Stage 1 Rush decks and going with Cinccino, Zoroark, and Yanmega as partners to Donphan.

Otherwise, my suggestion is fewer Pokemon (27 is a freaking lot) and more Supporters.

If at all possible, Try and swap out Bill for something like Cheren, and get less pokemon. :)
