I've been trying to access PC for a while now and was unable to. Then today I tried using IE (Internet Exploer) rather than Firefox and it worked! However, I dislike using IE and would rather stay on Firefox. When I try it, I get this message (Check tumbnail)

Is this a computer/Firefox problem or something with the site?

Did you give clearing Firefox's cookies a try?

Thanks! All I had to do was delete the PC cookie. How'd you know that's what was wrong?

Ah, it's just a common problem, but don't worry.

This should be your default solution to everything--clearing your cookies and cache. It just tends to help with weird problems. :p
