Altaria: 1/1/1/1/1/1
Kingler: 31/31/31/31/31/31


But I found these to be legit that I like:
Skarmory [ couldn't get IVs, but It's legit for sure ]
Blaziken [ for record, IVs are 18 / 21 / 20 / 18 / 29 / 12 ]
Azelf [ IVs: 30 / 21 / 7 / 18 / 28 / 26 ]
Wailord [ couldn't get IVs ]
Stamie [same as Lord]

About the mismagius it's called RNG iv breeding xD. Same with kingler and donphan even though they most likely are hacks. But mismagius is probably legit.

I didn't know that, and with trading I usually look at the IVs before, and if there are a couple of 31 IVs in the stats you EV train it, I usually think of it as a hack. But anyway, thanks slowpokez.
