    Help Me, please... Its not a good team, meh...
    (PS: dont tell em to change theyr natures...)

    Venusaur (Female)
    [Overgrow] {+ Sp. Def, - Attack}
    @ Posion Barb
    -Razor Leaf
    -Frenzy Plant
    -Leech Seed
    -Sludge Bomb

    This one is completely random, but powerful. Razor Leaf is a base attack for... attack o__o;; Frenzy Plant is a good choice when diying, and it takes advantage of her Sp. Attack. Leech Seed helps to defeat loads of Pkmn and Sludge Bomb... gains STAB o__o;;

    Flareon (Male)
    [Flash Fire] {-Attack, +Defense}
    @ King's Rock
    -Bite
    -Flamethrower
    -Quick Attack
    -Sand Attack

    Sand Attack helps to survive and annoy, Flamethrower is a good attack, and it takes STAB, Bite + King's Rock = Lots of Flinch and Quick Attack helps some "Fast or I'll Die!"... a simple Pok?mon...

    Lapras (Female)
    [Shell Armor] {+Sp. Defense, - Defense}
    @ Leftovers
    -Surf
    -Ice Beam
    -Substitute
    -Toxic

    ...Wow... Surf and Ice Beam hits, while Substitute + Toxic annoy my opponents and take advantage of high Defenses...

    Fearow (Female)
    [Keen Eye] {+Speed, - Sp. Defense}
    @ Sharp Beak
    -Drill Peck
    -Mirror Move
    -Steel Wing
    -Fly?

    ...No Strategy...

    Gengar (Female)
    [Levitate] {+Sp. Attack, -Attack}
    @ Leftovers
    -Psychic
    -Shadow Ball
    -Thunderbolt
    -Confuse Ray?

    Taking advantage of its VERY high Sp. Attack, I try to hit before get hit...

    Marowak (Male)
    [Rock Head] {+ Attack, - Sp. Attack}
    @ Thick Club
    -Earthquake
    -Brick Break
    -Aerial Ace
    -Double-edge

    Thick Club doubles its Attack, so I go all for attacking with strong attacks...

    Any suggestion will be read...

    I'll just do the ones I know. And psot in the Movesets forum next time.

    Venusaur (Female)
    [Overgrow] {+ Sp. Def, - Attack}
    EVs: 252 Sp. Def, 129 Speed, 129 HP
    @ Posion Barb
    -Sleep Powder
    -Protect
    -Leech Seed
    -Sludge Bomb/Earthquake

    It should have enough Sp. Def. to withstand a Flamethrower+STAB. Any other Fire attack that has more power than Flamethrower+STAB you should run from. Protect to check for those and to stall a turn away for Leech. Sleep them as you need to...I used to use this moveset...killed everything except for Ninjasks and Aerodactyls...

    Gengar (Female)
    [Levitate] {+Sp. Attack, -Attack}
    EVs: 252 Sp. Atk., 353 Speed
    @ Leftovers
    -Psychic
    -Shadow Ball
    -Thunderbolt
    -Destiny Bond/Giga Drain

    Gengar usually dies whenever it gets it anyways. So if you know you can't kill something in one hit and you also know that you'll end up getting killed by the defending Pokemon, take'em with you.

    Marowak (Male)
    [Rock Head] {+ Attack, - Sp. Attack}
    EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed/129 Def and 129 Speed
    @ Thick Club
    -Earthquake
    -Brick Break
    -Shadowball/HP Ghost
    -Double-Edge

    Eh...Shadowball to hit Ghosts. I'm not sure if it can learn Shadowball though. So if it can't..HP Ghost is just as good.

    This is in the wrong place.

    It does ;p
    Thanks! I think I can do that moveset...

    Thanks again~
    Since I cant get Giga Drain again, Destiny Bond handle it!

    Okay... I just dont know how can I get a HP Ghost XD

    Venusaur- refer to the A.Battledex

    Flareon- the moveset is pretty much *HAS* to be this for Flareon... shadow ball/overheat/return or HP Physical/HP Physical or quick attack. You got too much of a limited movepool along with poor speed being the most important thing.

    Lapras- WATER ABSORB, NOW! O_O ok other than that, don't bother with substitute but protect instead if you want to stall, and ditch surf for thunderbolt for boltbeam (which nothing has resistance to but Shedinja and Lanturn). Surf and ice beam? Tons and tons of Pokemon can suck it up no problem.

    Fearow- refer to A. Battledex

    Gengar- refer to the old Battledex

    Marowak- use bonemerang instead of earthquake to destroy Sublax. Try to get rock slide instead of aerial ace as well.

    Uhh... Okay? I'll check the Battledex...

    Okay~
    Thunderbolt and Ice Beam... Never thought of it... XD

    For good I didnt use the Erathquake TM =p
    Okay, Bonemerang I can get easily...
    But now the Rock Slide thingy, well, gotta ask Toothy if Marowak breeds with Dugtrio XD

    you have a really good team, but i have some advice on your moves.
    here is a table:

    venasaur with miracle seed
    1.Sunny Day
    2.Solar Beam
    3.Sleeppowder
    4.Body Slam

    Flareon with charcoal/king's rock
    1.Bite
    2.flamethrower
    3.facade
    4.iron tail

    lapras with mystic water/nevermeltice
    1.surf
    2.ice beam
    3.thunderbolt
    4.body slam

    fearow with sharp beak
    1. mirror move
    2.drill peck
    3.aerial ace
    4.steel wing

    gengar with leftovers
    1.hypnosis
    2.dream eater
    3.psychic
    4.confuse ray

    marowak with thick club
    1.headbutt
    2.bonerush
    3.earthquake
    4.rock slide

    venasaur with miracle seed
    1.Sunny Day
    2.Solar Beam
    3.Sleeppowder
    4.Body Slam

    My nature lowers my Attack, so theres nothing I can do with Body Slam. And if I ocasionaly make the opponent's Pkmn paralyzed, I cant make it sleep.
    And I never really like Sunny Day + Solarbeam...

    Flareon with charcoal/king's rock
    1.Bite
    2.flamethrower
    3.facade
    4.iron tail

    Iron Tail always made me die soon, but Facade may be a good idea ^^;
    (I just miss quick Attack, what compenses his low speed...)

    lapras with mystic water/nevermeltice
    1.surf
    2.ice beam
    3.thunderbolt
    4.body slam

    This wont enjoy her REALLY high Sp. Def, and annoyers ARE good =p

    fearow with sharp beak
    1. mirror move
    2.drill peck
    3.aerial ace
    4.steel wing

    Almost like the previous o__O;;

    gengar with leftovers
    1.hypnosis
    2.dream eater
    3.psychic
    4.confuse ray

    Hypnosis + Dream Eater may be good sometimes, but Psuchic helps a way much more, so I can get Shadow Ball and Thunderbolt...

    marowak with thick club
    1.headbutt
    2.bonerush
    3.earthquake
    4.rock slide

    Two Ground attacks may not help much, so I'll stay with Bonemerang just, and I cant get Rock Slide, so I use Brck Break inteasd...

    Anyways, thnaks for (at least trying) to help ^^;
