Those look awesome! How do primes work again? I forget. Are they just like stage 2 pokemon?

indeed, no special things in play, only a beter evolution ;)

I did some research on Bulbapedia, and I have to say that these seem like a bit of a cop-out as a replacement for Lv. X. These really aren't much better than their uncommon counterpart stage 2's, aside from the fact that they're pokepowers are really good. I would rather have had the option to level up than choose between one stage 2 and another.

Pokémon Prime look better than I was expecting! The Meganium is my favorite.

And speaking of LV.Xs, since they have no special rulings or "Prime" in their names, a Pokémon Prime could Level Up into Lv.X, right?

Although Typhlosion is my favourite Pokemon, i don't like it's pose in the card. I don't like it's PokePower/Attacks either.
I love Meganium's pose, even though i don't like it as Pokemon. It's PokePower/Attacks are rather average.
But my favourite card of these three cards is Feraligatr. I like it's pose, it's PokePower is great... and it's attack is crushing.
