First Competitive Team. Please Help

I'm building a new competitive team using only move sets found online. I need help finding Pokés that would fit into my team. Another conflict that I have is my Alomomola and Forretress. Forretress serves as Special Wall, Spiker and Toxic Spiker, and a Rapid Spinner. Alomomola serves as Physical Wall, and a Staller (sort of). I want to change Forretress from being a Special Wall to a Physical Wall, and make Alomomola a cleric (or whatever the the healers are called).

    Pokémon: All are Level 100

    Alomomola (F) @ Damp Rock
    Hydration
    Relaxed Nature
    252 HP/196 Def/60 SpAtk

    Rain Dance
    Toxic
    Scald
    Rest

    Forretress (F) @ Leftovers
    Sturdy
    Careful Nature
    252 HP/4 Def/252 SpDef

    Spikes
    Toxic Spikes
    Pursuit
    Rapid Spin

    Golurk (?) @ Choice Band
    Iron Fist
    Adamant Nature
    4 HP/252 Atk/252 Speed

    Hammer Arm
    Rock Slide
    Eartquake
    Shadow Punch

If I change Alomomola to a Cleric, and Forretress to a Physical wall, then I'll need a special wall, and I still need a dedicated Special Attacker, and that leaves one space for whatever role would be best. Thanks in advance for helping me with my dilemma and/or for helping find pokemon to fill the roles I need. Also, if possible, please help me find a way to make some pokemon have more than one role, Like Forretress.

Okay, to be honest, Alomomola isn't very good in OU, and it's outclassed by Vaporeon, who can take special hits more easily. Use that instead. I'll suggest a cleric later on:
    -Wish
    -Scald
    -Protect
    -Toxic/Ice Beam/Roar
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Water Absorb

Don't use Pursuit on Forretress; it's just too weak without a boost (Scizor and Tyranitar can do it better because they can force switches more easily). Use Earthquake (for Steels), Gyro Ball (for STAB) or Volt Switch (to escape from Magnezone) instead. Use Stealth Rock instead of Toxic Spikes, since you already have a Toxic user already.

Golurk is too slow. Use this EV spread instead: 208 HP/252 Atk/48 Spe.

Blissey or Chansey can be used as your cleric/special wall:
    -Aromatherapy
    -Softboiled
    -Seismic Toss/Flamethrower (latter for Blissey)
    -Toxic/Thunder Wave
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Eviolite (latter for Chansey)
    Ability: Natural Cure

You can use Hydreigon as your Special attacker:
    -Draco Meteor/Dragon Pulse
    -Dark Pulse
    -Fire Blast
    -Focus Blast/U-turn
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Expert Belt

I think your team could use a mixed attacker to help with both sides of the offensive spectrum, like Infernape:
    -Fire Blast/Overheat
    -Close Combat
    -Grass Knot/U-turn
    -Stone Edge/Mach Punch
    Nature: Hasty/Naive
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

So switch Alomomola for Vaporeon. What roles would Forretress serve? Just Entry Hazards and Rapid Spinning?

    Yes, do that.

    Forretress @ Leftovers
    Sturdy
    Relaxed Nature (+Def -Spe)
    252 HP 252 Def 4 SpDef
    -Rapid Spin
    -Spikes / Stealth Rock
    -Toxic Spikes
-Volt Switch / Gyro Ball / EQ

Make Forretress as defensive as possible, it really wouldn't last long with Special Attacks even running on a Sassy / Careful Nature. Vaporeon would do the job in absorbing Special Attacks.

    Vaporeon @ Leftoers
    Water Absorb
    Calm Nature (+SDef -Att)
240 HP 80 Def 188 SDef <-EV Spread maximizes Vaporeons high HP and Sp.Def base stat while leaving room for a bit of Physical resistance
or 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Def if you really want it to be specially defensive.

    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Scald
    -Roar

You need roar to be a phazer to boosting switch-ins. Scald is when you are taunted.
