5th Gen First game without previous gen Pokemon?

Whoa whoa guys, we're getting off topic here.

You can certainly talk about the Wargle over at the new scans thread! Also, TrainerShane, the scan of this new eagle is here. Now discuss somewhere appropriate! XD

Yeah, I think we can safely say it's based on New York City. The geography just matches too perfectly. Even Huin City matches the main metropolitan area that is iconic to the city.

Anyway, I think it would be cool if only Pokemon from the 5th Gen were available pre-national dex. However, I hope it's like DPPt in that you can catch nearly every Pokemon in the game without the need to trade, excluding a few version exclusives, the legends, and the starters.

The shape...maybe. The geography doesn't really match at all.
 
I would love it if there wasn't previous generation Pokemon, and then they were included in the third version, Opal.

Though sadly there will be Zubat for sure.

Actually the pokemon and the series is so much famous that in every version of the game the characters are same because everybody love them. I am also one of the big fan of them. But sometimes I also want something new.
 
Expect to see Pikachu... it's how it stays relevant, appearing somehow in every generation.

My thoughts exactly.
For instance w/ Platinum, route 225 and so on(where it's possible to catch Fearow, Banette and Oddish, etc.)
 
Let's put it like this.

I don't WANT Pikachu in these games.
Pikachu will most likely make an appearance.. and be annoying as usual

I can live without Geodude..
..but I don't have to, because it will probably be in New York Black and White too. Unless they introduce a new, uglier rock type Pokémon to replace it.

I want Magikarp in the game :D

Zubat.. well as I've said, we have Furry mcBatBat (Koromori) now, so there is a slight, VERY slight possibility that Zubat will pack its things and leave. Very slight.

I don't know where I'm heading with this. But just saying :P
 
i just finished posting on another thread that i am predicting right now there may be past pokemon in the games but i don't think they will come out with evo's/prevo's/baby's etc having to do with any of the old gens. i don't know i'm getting this weird vibe that they may include some past pokemon in game but not creating new ones. idk just a thought
