Like the title suggests, this is my first OU team. I've fiddled around with it on Shoddy and it's been working out pretty well for me. Stall teams beat me pretty solidly though. Anything is up for a change, though to be honest I'd like to keep my Ninjask/Marowak combo as they have been the two hardest working Pokemon I've ever used. On the whole, the entire team has been pretty consistent with the exception of the sixth (in this case Weezing). I've traded out a sixth many times, trying out different Pokemon and sets. Changes from suggestions are in bold.

    Ninjask
    -Substitute
    -Aerial Ace
    -Swords Dance
    -Baton Pass
    Ability: Speed Boost
    Item: Leftovers
    Nature: Jolly (+Spd, -Satk)
    EV Spread: 252 HP / 6 Atk / 252 Spd
**Notes: Basically my lead and go getting. He's pretty much dedicated to getting speed and pass it off to Marowak. If I get a Swords Dance in, it's just curtains as Marowak will rape and clean house (unless he gets phazed out). I have had to switch him out in the beginning to Inferapes with Fake Out or Aerodactyls that could potentially wipe him out before he gets off a Sub.

    Weezing
    -Flamethrower
    -Thunderbolt
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Pain Split
    Ability: Levitate
    Item: Leftovers
    Nature: Bold (+Def, -Atk)
    EV Spread: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Satk
**Notes: He's the new guy and so far he's been pretty decent. Switch in on some phyiscal threats, will-o-wisp, and maybe a pain split. Thunderbolt and Flamethrower work pretty well against Scizor, Gyarados and other water/steel Pokemon.

    Marowak
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge
    -Double-Edge
    -Fire Punch
    Ability: Rock Head
    Item: Thick Club
    Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -Satk)
    EV Spread: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
**Notes: Ah. The heart of this team. Many a times have I baton passed to Marowak with Ninjask and just cleaned house afterwards. Stone Edge definitely helps against the flying types and has allowed Maro to survive that much longer. I've had a lot of 6-0 matches with him.

    Salamence
    -Dragon Dance
    -Earthquake
    -Outrage
    -Fire Blast
    Ability: Intimidate
    Item: Life Orb
    Nature: Naive (+Spd, -Sdef)
    EV Spread: 232 Atk / 24 Satk / 252 Spd
**Notes: Basically the 'replacement' Garchomp. Standard Dragon Dance set and has helped me 'recover' lost matches late in the game.

    Snorlax
    -Curse
    -Body Slam
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Punch
    Ability: Thick Fat
    Item: Leftovers
    Nature: Careful (+Sdef, -Satk)
    EV Spread: 168 HP / 120 Def / 220 Sdef
**Notes: Standard Curselax, but he's been a great asset to this team. If I can get in one or two curses, he'll pretty much guarentee me at least 1KO. Also, I tend to switch him in on early threats, IE Pokemon that could potentially wipe Ninjask before he starts so I can bring him back in and get a pumped Marowak in.

    Clefable
    -Encore
    -Seismic Toss
    -Softboiled
    -Thunder Wave
    Ability: Magic Guard
    Item: Leftovers
    Nature: Relaxed (+Def, -Spd)
    EV Spread: 252 HP / 152 Def / 100 Sdef
**Notes: When I discovered this Clefable, I was skeptical. I've never like this Pokemon or it's other pink companion who shall remain nameless. They just both irked and annoyed me in the TV Series and it pretty much made me forget about them. But this Pokemon here is just a dream. I know I've pissed off many opponents and even made a few leave. Thunder Wave and Encore earlier, ot just TW and then Seismic Toss you dead, with a softboiled or two thrown in for healing.

You dont have a special move on Mence thus the nature and S.Atck evs are pointless. Adamant 80 hp / 252 att / 176 speed please.

Team needs more Stealth Rock it really should be a crime not to have it.

Be careful of Infernape, especially all out Mixape and SD Ape, those destroy you. Aerial Ace on Ninjask might help>> X-Scissor so you can at least revenge kill it i guess.

Ion Head is really kinda suck in all honesty on Marowak, it doesnt hit anything. Put Stone Edge >> it so you can hit flying stuff.

Ill come back for a more in depth rate later if i spot anything else.

Forgot to add Fire Blast. It was meant to be there.

I honestly haven't had much trouble against or without Stealth Rock, though a suggestion of where it could go would be helpful.

Ah, didn't think of that. Infernape has been annoying me.

I had stone edge on there, but I don't like the missing aspect. Plus, Iron Head has actually helped me many times with flinching and allowing me to 2HKO if Marowak doesn't get a Swords Dance.

Iron Head had a bad Coverage.... ThunderPunch is needed to own these Pesky Flying type pokemon

Just use Rock Slide then if you are that scared about accuracy. Either way you actually dont want to be set up fodder for Zappy, Mence, Gyarados.

Honestly though Iron head is a poor option and poor coverage and the flinch rate really should NOT be depended on. I could understand if it was Jirachi who gets STAB and a 60% flinch rate from it, but it does nothing on Marowak. :/

Updated my team with the suggested changes. Marowak with Stone Edge, Ninjask with 252 HP/Speed.

Also, what Pokemon would be a good substitute for Weezing that would also allow me to have Stealth Rock and be used effectively?

(sorry it took so long to update - been working like crazy and worrying about my trade thread more than this x.x)
