First Pokemon 3DS games

    With the official introduction of the Nintendo 3DS at E3, I immediately visualized how awesome it would be to play a pokemon adventure in 3D on a hand-held. I then thought of which region the new game might take place in, and I believe it will be the Hoenn region for many reasons. First of all, the region itself has many unique environments, ranging from the volcanic Mt.Chimney to underwater caverns, Sootopolis City and the jungle in and around Fortree City. Also, the weather changes that come when Groudon or Kyogre go out of control would be very cool to watch. Also, Ruby and Sapphire are next in line for a remake, and since Black and White will be released shortly before the 3DS, it wouldn't make much sense to develop the remakes for the DS because the 3DS will have been out for about a year by the time Black and White are released, and two years by the time the third game (Gray?) is released. This is pure speculation, but I think it is a very viable possibility.
     
    I agree, Hoenn is the perfect region for the 3DS! Like you said, with Mt. Chimney and all, the 3D would look perfect! And also, If you look at each game remake its been put on to a higher console! So like FR&LG was remade onto GBA (which was 2 generations ahead of the gameboy!) then HG&SS was remade onto the DS (which was also 2 generations ahead of it's original console!) so now if they did remake ruby and sapphire then it should be on 3DS (which is 2 generations ahead of the GBA!)
     
    Yeah! And sea routes on 3D... Awesome. But I hope they have some Emerald storyline like HG/SS had Crystal things like Suicune. Rayquaza vs. Kyogre vs. Gorudon in 3D...
