so after reading some of the guidelines because I was too cool to read them before posting I have decided to elaborate.

Forretress @ Focus sash (I remember I originally had life orb because I had explosion not sure if that would have made a difference)
    Sturdy
    EVs: 182 HP / 136 atk / 192 def
    impish
    - Earthquake
    - Rapid spin
    - hidden power [ice]
    - Stealth Rock

Opens and instead of trying to beat another open to the punch, launching stealth rock off, just attempts to have something that most openers will be weak against. then rapid spins their rocks and puts up his own

    Umbreon @ Focus sash
    Synchronize
    EVs: 252 HP / 92 SDef / 164 Spd
    mild
    - Wish
    - substitute
    - mean look
    - baton pass

mean look use a substitute and pass off to what ever sweeper fits the bill. ta da! O.o

    SWEEPERS

    Alakazam @ Choice scarf
    Synchronize
    Evs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    timid
    - psychic
    - trick
    - calm mind
    - substitute

    Scizor @ choice band
    technician
    EVs: 4 Def / 252 Atk / 252 HP
    adamant
    - U-turn
    - pursuit
    - bullet punch
    - super power (conform since this is more useful than brick break with the choice band on)

    Aranine @ Life Orb
    252 Atk / 128 Spd / 128 HP
    Adamant nature, Flash Fire ability
    -Flare Blitz
    -ExtremeSpeed
    -Morning Sun
    -Toxic / Will-O-Wisp

    Swampert @ leftovers
    Torrent
    EVs: 252 Hp / 128 SDef / 128 Def
    Impish
    - Rest
    - Sleep Talk
    - Earth quake
    - Avalanche

    Well first team suggestions?

I wouldn't use SD-SB on Arc, it's predictable and Arcanine is a better physical attacker if I remember correctly.
Scizor wants Bullet Punch, it won't be outspeeding anything. You can remove Leftovers and use Choice Band and he'll do awesome damage.
I think Foretress would like Focus Sash more, for example it would be probably OHKO by Roserade's Leaf Storm, 1 Pokemon down, you can switch to a counter but Roserade will have full HP to survive

Arcanine set I think would work better

    Aranine @ Life Orb
    252 Atk / 252 Spd / 252 HP
Jolly / Adamant nature, Flash Fire ability
    -Flare Blitz
    -ExtremeSpeed
    -Morning Sun
    -Toxic / Will-O-Wisp

I like Metagross more than than Alakazam, you might wanna try a Gross, but then you'll have two weak to fire, so you might as well stick with Zam.
Also, Zam won't be needing Scarf, Specs is the way to go, since you'll be already outspeeding many things with base 120 speed.

I'm not too experienced with OU but it should be enough. I think this team might be a little Sceptile-weak but I'm not sure if he's common in OU.

Thanks for the advice I like the Arcanine setup and I don't know what I was thinking about scizor.... it was 2 AM XD. as far as my thoughts on Zam I really just wanted to make sure he got the jump on anything and with a sub out I was hoping they would use some sort of defense and go for the trick more, and I didn't want to give them a choice band or spec just incase I had a bad choice. oh and thanks for the advice about bullet punch I honestly didn't think about it. ^.^

Suggested changes will be below in bold.
so after reading some of the guidelines because I was too cool to read them before posting I have decided to elaborate.

Forretress @ Focus sash (I remember I originally had life orb because I had explosion not sure if that would have made a difference)
    Sturdy
    EVs: 182 HP / 136 atk / 192 def
    impish
    - Earthquake
    - Rapid spin
    - Gyro Ball/Explosion
    - Stealth Rock

Also, Forry will get pooped on by Lead Azelf or Lead Aerodactyl, so you may want to consider giving it Spikes/Toxic Spikes instead of Stealth Rock and put that on another member.

Opens and instead of trying to beat another open to the punch, launching stealth rock off, just attempts to have something that most openers will be weak against. then rapid spins their rocks and puts up his own

    Umbreon @ Leftovers
    Synchronize
    EVs: 252 HP / 92 SDef / 164 Spd
    mild
    - Wish
    - substitute
    - mean look
    - baton pass

Don't give it focus sash if its not leading, thats the rule of thumb.

mean look use a substitute and pass off to what ever sweeper fits the bill. ta da! O.o

    SWEEPERS

    Alakazam @ Life Orb
    Synchronize
    Evs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    timid
    - psychic
    - Shadow Ball
    - calm mind
    - Focus Blast/Hidden Power [Fighting]

Okay, first things first, you can't have just Psychic, because otherwise Tyranitar just comes in and pursuits you and goes lolgg Zam. Zam also has a really bad STAB typing for OU, since its Psychic and OU is full of Steels and other /Psychic types who Resist it. Focus Blast/Hidden Power [Fighting] is to handle the likes of Tyranitar. Shadow Ball is for Rotom-a and Gengar. I really wouldn't use Calm Mind, since Alakazam is so frail anyway, but if you can get it to work on the switch, than thats good I guess.

    Scizor @ choice band
    technician
    EVs: 4 Def / 252 Atk / 252 HP
    adamant
    - U-turn
    - pursuit
    - bullet punch
    - super power (conform since this is more useful than brick break with the choice band on)

    Standard.

    Aranine @ Life Orb
    252 Atk / 128 Spd / 128 HP
    Adamant nature, Flash Fire ability
    -Flare Blitz
    -ExtremeSpeed
    -Morning Sun
    -Toxic / Will-O-Wisp

Arcanine is OK, but its Outclassed by Heatran, so if you have access to one, use it, otherwise this is fine I guess.

    Swampert @ leftovers
    Torrent
    EVs: 252 Hp / 128 SDef / 128 Def
    Impish
    - Rest
    - Sleep Talk
    - Earthquake
    - Avalanche

    Pretty Standard.
