No it doesn't. I bred with Ditto. I could get an egg move if you want, though. (I love Pokemon that breed with Smeargle^^)

If you're thinking about trading with me, then an EV Trained Claydol with Earthquake,Ice Beam,Reflect and Rapid Spin and it's Relaxed or Sassy I forgot. It's EVs are 248 HP 134 Defense and 128 Special Defense and I messed up on EV training.I also have a Walrein and Ludicolo.The two water pokemon are also EV Trained.Walrein has Encore,Surf,Ice Beam and Hail and Sassy Nature with a 28-31 IV in HP It's EVs are:252 HP,252 Special Defense and 6 Special attack.Ludicolo has Leech Seed,Surf,Ice Beam and Protect.It's Sassy and has the Same EVs as Walrein.
