[Map] Floor numbers

In Fire Red there are maps that have floor numbers/intro scenes when you enter the map. How would you change that, because from what I've seen it's connected to the maps themselves making me speculate that it has to do with the header.

So, how can I control this? IE: Remove the floor numbers from maps that originally had them/add intro scenes and or floor numbers to maps the didn't originally have them.
