Seed Flare would do practically nothing, unless it lowered Giratina's Special Defense enough times.

In all liklihood, Giratina would win, due to its massive defenses and HP. Even skymin is strong, but it's rather frail...so it'd probably not last all that long.

Shaymin / Skymin would win.

It's not all about size, and if it was Anime, then Shaymin would win. Good conquers Evil. Such as 'The Rise of Darkrai,' Darkrai was seen as being evil, although it was trying to get rid of Palkia. Then it dies, then randomly comes back to life after the epic battle with repeats for 30 mins.

Um, heh, Giratina is the obvious winner hands down, but most of us have seen enough anime to know that "big things come in small packages".

Isn't there like 50 other little shaymin? (like in movie 11, when shaymin goes to the flower garden with the other shaymin). Well shaymin could just call on it's friends! And boom! *50x Seed flare! Bye bye Giratina.
