    PHP just preprocesses HTML code. In essence, it outputs HTML code. For basic users, little to no PHP knowledge is needed to use it, especially in layouts.

    In fact, you could just find a generic PHP code that would allow you to split your layout into separate files, and would give you the benefit of a layout using PHP.
     
    The layout is symple and clean, i rather like this one than some poor quality gfx!The colors a bit unnerving(o.o;) try some softer colors :P
     
    The Colors are amazing~~The banner is Splendid;;Great Work tom.
    Gives him 9/10 for a super Layout.
     
    the banner is a bit plain try not just have one thing in the background but i do like the text i dunt like it out the news box isn't in the center there is more of a gap on the right hand side than the left but i still like it
     
    Dull the yellow in the background a bit, it burns my eyes @_@
    Yeah, make the banner shorter, no need for that monster banner at the top.
     
    This looks really great. Since its so blissfully simple is use PHP to give the users a choice of say a red/blue/yellow/pink/grey/black etc layout. Like index.php?lay=blue and fiddle with CSS.
     
    Well I can't even make a layout at all lol. Good job, I like how the colors flow.
     
    For some reason people seem to be divided on the colors. Half say they dont go and half say they do go...I will Be updating the site later tonight with all the new pages I am making right now :)
