FO on Serebii's 'Soul'

Uhh, yeah that comic was terrible... this coming from a guy who knows something about webcomics and has his own. That joke about Fly while a good idea was terribly executed, and lacked any sense of humor.
The art is ok, I can't complain about it seeing as many other comics, including my own is far worse off. Plus there's like no character in it at all. Theres a guy in it, but who is he?...

A lot of comics start of poorly and advance as they go, mine included. So there's still a chance that it might improve. But I don't know if it will add any "soul" to Serebii. Serebii has never really been known for it's "soul" :P
 
My site has soul. ^_^ So does its webmaster. :D

If Serebii wants "soul," he should be less of a snobby jerk, and more of a human being. You don't see other websites or webmasters shoving web statistics into everyone's faces as a trump card because of a lack of debate and social skills.
 
Ah, Merrick, Merrick.

Crappy webcomic strip won't give the site a "soul". The huge fansection would do it but Serebii is NOT that kind of sites. Sites like serebii.net are supposed to be soulless.

Well, I never was and I'll never become a fan of Merrick and his site.

Why are we discussing Serebii, anyways, now that I think about it? There are so many other better things to talk about. I mean, it's just a comic - other sites come up with great features once in a while, yet they are never discussed.

I want to make a blog and talk about other websites, though, too. :p Man, if I had a post for all of the times Serebii defamed my site and other sites, lied about something, stole translations from my site when D/P was coming out, was a hypocrite, (insert something bad Serebii has done on purpose), perhaps some of his blind followers would see that it is not possible for him to have a soul.

Okay, that goes against the first paragraph, now. :p I'll be quiet now.

I owned up to it awhile ago.

It doesn't matter, I still use that journal to give completely unbiased reporting.

I, after my experiances with Serebii, don't like the site that much. I find it impossibly helpful, but I visit sites like Velly Of Nightmares, Cave Of The Dragonflies, Eevee's HQ etc. more, as I find them more appealing than a bunch of facts. The web-comic poorly tries to turn serebii that way, failing miserably.

waterPkmnMater, i find your site pretty helpful, but I think you may have to advertise a tad more, as I've only been on the how to make a deck page.
