For the card collectors out there!

For all of those who collect cards, but don't battle with them, do you often buy decks often for the promo, or do you stray away from them, since they do list what they're made of and there's no 'surprise' or not many rares. So, do you still get them, or no?

I have only bought one, the new Frost Ray theme deck. I bought it because the Glaceon card looks amazing with the cracked ice holo that comes in that deck. I probably won't be buying more theme decks though unless something really cool comes along.
