Err, yeah. They use the original forme (heh) of form(e), which is from Europe. Over there, they use 'forme', instead our 'form'. Guess that was sort of non-descript circle logic, it's an answer nonetheless. But, I gonna ask: Why exactly is this pokémon specific? Couldn't you be asking about the word 'forme' in general?
